Why Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort could be the best value golf resort in Florida

The Links Golf Club at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort

If incredible value, waterside golf, fantastic layouts, perfect beaches, and so much more are on your list of must-haves for your next golf trip, then you’ve got to check out Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

We’ve taken the liberty of droning two of the four golf courses here for you so you can get a sense of how incredible the golf is for the dollar invested.  Here’s a breakdown of each of the four courses at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

Burnt Pine Golf Club

A Rees Jones work of art, Burnt Pine Golf Club is the premier course at the resort and is only available for members and resort guests to play.  The course is fantastic from start to finish, and it features an incredible finishing stretch with a collection of stunning holes that play along the Choctawhatchee Bay as you’ll see in our exclusive drone footage here.  As we lead the article off with, the value here is insane as rates range from $119 to $169 for resort guests.

Raven Golf Club

Raven Golf Club once played host to a Champions Tour event and is a Robert Trent Joens, Jr. design that winds its way through the marshes of Sandestin and features pine tree lined fairways that shape most of the holes here.  As you’ll see in this footage, it’s a great layout and a steal to play with rates ranging from $89 to $125 in 2025 for resort guests.

The Links Golf Club

With rates that range from $59 to $91 for resort guests in 2025, The Links Golf Club arguably provides the most “bang for your buck” at the resort, and that’s saying a lot since we think this resort provides some of the most value for golf in the country.  It’s a shot-makers design, and you’ll find that you don’t always necessarily need to pull driver out on the tee here as placement is rewarded over distance on many of the holes.  There is a wonderful collection of holes that play along the Baytowne Marina and the Choctawhatchee Bay, and it’s a must to include a round here in any golf vacation to Sandestin.

Baytowne Golf Club

As the only golf course in Florida’s Emerald Coast that stretches from the ocean to the bay, this fun layout features some fun elevation changes making it unique amongst the courses in this area.  You’ll find water hazards come into play on many of the holes here, and once again with rates ranging from $69 to $91 for resort guests in 2025, this course provides a lot of value in a golf package here.
