Streamsong Resort unveils "Bone Valley" — the name of its highly anticipated fifth golf course

Bone Valley

Streamsong Resort has officially unveiled Bone Valley as the name of its highly anticipated fifth golf course — and the new logo is just as striking as the course promises to be.

Streamsong Golf Resort has become a stalwart on the list of top ranked courses in the country with their famous Red, Black, and Blue courses having a fixed position on these lists ever since their inception. When the resort announced the addition of their newest 18-hole offering designed by the legendary David McLay Kidd, the speculation of what color would be lucky enough to emblazon this highly anticipated design was prevalent in many golf circles.

Instead, Streamsong went in a new direction, and they’ve announced the new course will be known as Bone Valley.

The name, Bone Valley, comes from the land itself. Once upon a time, Central Florida lay beneath a prehistoric sea.  Over hundreds of millions of years, ancient marine life, mammals, and reptiles were preserved beneath layers of sand and sediment earning the region its enduring name.

Today, Bone Valley stands as one of North America’s richest fossil beds, a landscape shaped by deep time and elemental forces.

Bone Valley embraces that history, and the layout flows across dramatic ridgelines, natural bowls, and shifting sands to create a design that feels discovered rather than manufactured.  Expansive, raw, and visually arresting, Bone Valley features the elements that have made Streamsong a favorite of traveling golfers for years as its bold design delivers a strategic challenge and an experience you won’t soon forget.

Preview play is scheduled to begin October 30, 2026, and the official grand opening is set for January 26, 2027, so start planning now so you can be among the first to play this exciting new addition to the golf travel world.
