A relative newcomer to the scene, Tobacco Road Golf Club was established in 1998 and has been taking the golf world by storm ever since. With a tremendous sense of community, the course was designed by Mike Strantz, who paid tribute to the tobacco farmers that tended the land prior, embellishing the nuances of the natural setting. The course mixes in traditional features with bolder details that are rarely seen in the United States. The sandhills of North Carolina are the backdrop to this course that features sand quarries and rolling terrain, with incredible panoramic views and stunning vistas throughout.
