Formerly known as the Haig Course, the Fazio Course at PGA National Resort and Spa provides golfers with a reimagined experience by Tom Fazio, Jr. who brought the course to more of a modern era look and feel versus the original design of his namesakes Tom and George Fazio. These modern advances include making the course significantly more playable for golfers of all skill levels highlighted by the 70% increase in green surface space along with the reconfigured tee boxes and bunkers. Even with these softening touches, the course is still a difficult test and a favorite among resort guests.
