In the second of three tracks built at Paiute, Pete Dye made the Sun Mountain course a lengthy one from the tips, with the course playing at 7,112 yards. The rolling terrain and scenery are mesmerizing, with majestic mountains acting as a backdrop to a tough golf course. The sweeping slope changes stand out as golfers navigate the four tee options, with unique looks off the tee due to the natural framing of the course. At a par-72, the course does include a pair of par-5s that can be scoring holes with a solid tee shot, while three of the four par-3 holes stretch past 200 yards.
