The Golf Club of Dallas was designed by Perry Maxwell prior to his death in 1952, with his son, Perry, finishing the course in time for the club’s opening in 1953. The course received a slight renovation with Charles Coody at the helm, but focused on restoring the vision of the Maxwells.
