Boyne Resorts was founded in 1947 by Everett Kircher, and to this day the company has more than 11,000 employees and is still owned and led by the Kircher family even as they have built it to the third largest mountain resort company in North America.  Even through all this growth, their focus on customer service and guest experience has continued to be at the forefront of the experience at Boyne Resorts.
