Kiawah Island Golf Resort (South Carolina)
Any great golf trip is going to require incredible golf.
In the United States, The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island Golf Resort is consistently at the top of most publication’s annual top golf course rankings lists. The course can be a bit of a beast to play, but one thing the team at Kiawah has done well is creating an experience with multiple tees at all their courses, including The Ocean Course. This means all the members of your trip can comfortably choose the correct set of tees to maximize your enjoyment at this iconic course.
In addition to the Ocean Course, Kiawah Island Golf Resort offers four more fantastic layouts with Turtle Point, Cougar Point, Osprey Point, and Oak Point so there are plenty of options for you to play great golf at Kiawah Island.
When it comes to lodging, The Sanctuary is the definition of Coastal Southern charm.
Service is impeccable here, and as the team opens the doors to the hotel you enter a resort that features a view of the Atlantic Ocean off the back of the hotel as you will quickly understand how the resort got its name.

Few destinations in the world evoke a feeling of rest and relaxation the way that arriving on Hilton Head Island does. The best part is you can just go to one of these properties, or you can combine activities from both resorts as well as other activities around the area.
One resort that we must mention is The Inn & Club at Harbour Town located in The Sea Pines Resort. The Inn & Club is a boutique hotel experience amongst a large property that is perfect for a group of ladies looking for a mix of Southern charm and lavishness on Hilton Head Island.Â
The Inn features a gorgeous serenity pool, beach concierge service, Molton Brown toiletries, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and personalized butler service so you and your group will enjoy the lap of luxury during your stay. In addition to The Inn & Club at Harbour Town, The Sea Pines Resort also offers over 400 villa and vacation home rental options which can cater to any size group and are a great way to give your group of girls a secluded setting for your vacation.
From a golf perspective, it’s a must to play Harbour Town Golf Links, the home of the PGA Tour’s RBC Heritage and one of the most iconic courses in the U.S. The course is steeped in history, but they offer myriad tee options so every member of the group will be comfortable. There is nothing like your group coming up the 18th hole and catching that view of the picturesque lighthouse to create a memory that will last a lifetime.
The resort also boasts two other fantastic 18-hole options with Heron Point by Pete Dye, and the beautifully renovated Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III.

The ocean is not only integrated into your off-course activities, but it also can be found during your round especially on the Robert Trent Jones Course that features stunning views of the ocean from the back of the 10th  green and 11th tee.
Your group can also enjoy the beautiful George Fazio Course which can challenge all facets of your game, as well as the Arthur Hills Course which does an incredible job of blending the splendor of the nature of this area with incredible design including a network of lagoons that work their way into 10 of the holes here.
